For Tuesday’s PurseStrings show, I’ll be speaking with Nan McCann - president of PME Enterprises – and founder of the Conference for Marketing Health Care to Women and its companion conferences, Marketing to Moms and Marketing to Women. With women’s healthcare spending estimated at $500 billion – roughly 90% of total U.S. expenditures – and the health care issue the subject of national debate, this conference couldn’t come at a better time. It just wrapped last month and featured some major headliners such as Dr. Nancy Snyderman from NBC, Dr. Barry Sears, chairman of MedWell Foods and bestselling author of The Zone. Dr. Janet Taylor – a contributor to the Today Show talked about women of color and healthcare.
